Bamboo Flooring Accessories
Peerless Bamboo provides a large range of solid bamboo accessories and T Sections designed to enhance the beautiful floor.
Stairnosing, Reducer and Quadrant Mouldings are available in all styls and colours with stock line being in a Matt Finish.

Size:
Horizontal & Vertical Moso: 1830 mm x 92 mm x 15 mm.
Stairnosing: 1830 mm x 92 mm cover x 15mm thick with 10 mm deep rebate to take riser.
Reducer: 2000 x 56 mm cover x 15mm. Quite often used as skirting.
T Section: 1830 mm x 50 mm x 15 mm, 6 mm rebate.
Quad Mould: 1830 mm x 19 mm x 19 mm

Industry standard Annodised Aluminium Transition moulds and Diminishing strips also available.

STAIRNOSING. Used literally as named. Round edge nose profile fitting to T & G boards laid on stairing.
 

REDUCER. Designed as a transition between the Bamboo Floor and other floor coverings. Now commonly used as a small skirting board.

QUAD. Quarter round, a narrow cost effective finishing trim used around the perimeter.

SKIRTING. Designed to cover standard expansion gaps.

T-MOULD. A wide trim used as a finishing touch around the perimeter of a floor. Also commonly used as an architrave around doors.

UNDERLAYS
Combi Foam
3mm thick floating floor underlay.
Aqustic
Dunlop Springtread: Timber Cushion underlay is 3 mm thick and is used for acoustics in high rise apartments. It has been tested by Richard Heggie and Associates for Impact Isolation and meets Body Corporate Noise Regulation.

Whilst there are a range of bamboo mouldings in the market dedicated stair nosings for overlay stairs, bamboo quadrant moulding and at times bamboo skirting profiles are all that are typically required to complete an installation.

NB: Currently there are a range of typical manufactured bamboo products in the market. The challenge and choice for the designer and consumer alike is to transform the existing profiles and products to generate new and exciting design lines by considering all these existing products as a source of 'raw material'.
